The Chillicothe Police Department has several investigations in their report for Monday.
Around 7:35 am, officers responded to a child refusing to go to school in the 1400 block of Walnut St.
About 9:00 am, leaving the scene of an accident was reported in the 10 block of Eleventh St.
At 2:45 pm, Officers checked a report of someone blowing leaves into the street in the 300 block of Mansur St. The officer found they were actually cleaning up the yard waste for disposal.
About 4:30 pm, stealing was reported in the 400 block of Locust St.
At approximately 7:10 pm, Officers were dispatched to juveniles walking and one running out in front of traffic on Clay St. near N. Washington St. Officers were unable to locate anyone.
8:20 pm, Stealing was reported in the 1200 block of Jameson St.
