A Purdin man suffered minor injuries and was charged on three accounts Monday evening in Sullivan County before being released for medical treatment.
28 year old Travis Linkhart was traveling south on Highway 5, at 5 PM on Monday, 1.5 miles north of Browning when the vehicle veered off the right side of the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned. Linkhart and his passenger, a 26 year old female from Milan both suffered minor injuries and were transported to Sullivan County Hospital by ambulance.
State Troopers and Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office arrived on the scene and charged Linkhart with 1.) Felony DWI physical injury, 2.) Careless and imprudent driving involving a crash and 3.) No seat belt.
