The Chillicothe Street Department will be closing a portion of the east side of 3rd St at Washington for concrete replacement. The work is expected to start August 12th at 7:00 am. The Street Department will have westbound 3rd Street closed from Washington St to Locust St. Washington St northbound traffic will also be narrowed to a single lane at that intersection until the project is finished.
