A water main break in downtown Chillicothe reduced southbound traffic to a single lane this morning between Webster and Jackson Streets. Crews located the break near Jackson and Washington and are working on the repairs. Crews on the scene expect water will be shut off during the repair and a local boil order will be issued and affected businesses notified.
