Two-hundred-nineteen calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department from Friday through Sunday. Some of the calls include:
Friday
12:34 a.m., Officers responded to the 200 block of Washington St. for a report of trespassing. Officers arrived and the suspect had left.
9:36 a.m., Officers responded to the 900 block Woodward St. for a report of property damage.
11:53 a.m., Officers responded to the 900 block of S Washington St. for a report of a stolen vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.
3:18 p.m., Officers assisted the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office with a search warrant in the 700 block of Vine St.
10:54 p.m., Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of US 65 and Park Lane and arrested, the driver for DWI. He was later released with a citation.
11:34 p.m., Officers responded to the 800 block of State St. for a physical domestic in progress. A woman was arrested for domestic assault and held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
Saturday:
05:13 p.m., Officers responded to the 1700 block of Country Club Dr. for a report of trespassing. Officers were told the suspect had left in a vehicle. Officers stopped the vehicle and discovered the driver was possibly intoxicated. Officers conducted a DWI investigation. When Officers went to arrest the driver, she ran and resisted Officers. The woman was taken into custody without further incident and was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
7:01 p.m., Officers responded to the 200 block of Graves St. for a report of a property dispute. Officers arrived and assisted the parties with a resolution.
8:44 p.m., a traffic stop near Madison St. and Brunswick St. resulted in the K9 was deployed. The animal alerted and Officers conducted a search of the vehicle, locating paraphernalia and a controlled substance. The male driver was arrested and later released with citations.
11:22 p.m., Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Ann St. and Elm St. During the stop it was discovered the man had a suspended driver’s license. He was arrested and later released with citations.
Sunday,
11:27 a.m., Officers received a report of a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and failing to maintain its lane near Washington St. and Polk St. Officers located the vehicle and issued the driver citations.
8:31 p.m., Officers responded to the 1100 block of Jackson St. for a report of an unattended fire. Officers made contact with the property owner who then put the fire out.
