A Sonora, California man, 29-year-old Josue Emanuel Medina, was arrested in Kansas on a Livingston County warrant for alleged stealing a motor vehicle. The vehicle was stolen Friday (August 9th) from a parking lot in Chillicothe. Saturday, the vehicle had been located in Smith County, Kansas. Officers also reported a man matching the description of the suspect was in custody.
Medina is held in Kansas pending extradition on the warrant. The warrant indicates there is no bond allowed.
