Adoption of two policies regarding Trash Pick-up was approved by the Chillicothe Board of Public Works on Tuesday.
CMU General Manager Matt Hopper says the first is to allow Porch Pick-up from homes under certain circumstances.
If disabled your trash could be picked up from the porch if the proper form is completed.
The second policy is for temporary dumpsters for businesses. Hopper says the policy clarification makes this truly temporary.
One temporary dumpster per business address allowed for up to 6 months with a special rate.
