Eighty-four calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Thursday. Some of the calls include:
At 10:03 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a suspicious person in the 500 block of Ann St. Officers later located the person and informed them they be trespassed from the residence.
At 10:21 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a person who seemed confused and was attempting to drive in the 1700 block of Fair St. Officers were assisted by the Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services.
At 1:36 p.m., Officers arrested a 45-year-old man for driving with an expired driver’s license following a traffic stop on US 36 at Mitchell Ave. The man was processed and released pending a court appearance.
At 3:16 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle non-injury traffic crash in the 2800 block of Hornet Rd.
At 4:20 p.m., Officers arrested a 39-year-old man for possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Industrial Rd. The man was transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold pending the filing of formal charges.
At 4:35 p.m., Officers responded to a report of careless and imprudent driving in the 1500 block of Locust St.
