Route N Resurfacing and Other MoDOT Road Work

Resurfacing of Route N in Caldwell County begins next week.  The Missouri Department of Transportation says the contractor will close Caldwell County Route N in up to 2-mile sections.  The work begins Thursday at the intersection of Route A and Route N, and working east.

 

Resurfacing will take place Sept. 12-14 and 16, during daylight hours.   Route N will be reopened at the end of each day.

 

In addition to the Route N resurfacing work in Caldwell County, MoDOT has multiple road improvement projects planned in the KCHI listening area for the week of September 9th through 15th.

In Carroll County, Route M is closed at the Grand River bridge for a bridge rehabilitation project through October 1st. 2024.

Also, Route CC is closed at the Little Wakenda Creek Bridge for a bridge rehabilitation project through October.

In Chariton County, Route JJ is closed at the Slater Branch Bridge for a bridge rehabilitation project through October, and Route D is also closed through October at the West Fork of Bee Creek Bridge for a bridge rehabilitation project. Route M is at the Grand River bridge for a bridge rehabilitation through October 1st. 2024. Route 24 in Chariton County will be closed September 9th through the 13th for pothole patching from Route KK to the Randolph County line.

In Linn County, U.S. Route 36 undergoes pavement repair eastbound from Route FF to Route 5, September 9th through 11th, and eastbound from Route 11 to West Yellow Creek September 11th and 12.

Route CC in Livingston County is closed at the Leeper Creek Bridge southeast of Chillicothe for a bridge rehabilitation project through November.
