One accident and three arrests in the area counties are reported by the Missouri Highway Patrol for the weekend,
Saturday at about 8:05 pm, a motorcycle rider was injured in a single-vehicle crash on Missouri Highway 6, 2 miles east of Galt. State Troopers report 31-year-old Rhett W. Mullins of Galt was westbound when his motorcycle malfunctioned and crashed. He was taken to Wright Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. He was not wearing a helmet.
Arrests reported include:
Sunday at about 12:10 am in Carroll County, Troopers arrested 19-year-old Hunter S. Barton of Cameron for alleged driving while revoked and on a Clinton County warrant for alleged leaving the scene of a crash. He was taken to the Ray County Jail.
At 7:30 am in Daviess County, Troopers arrested 21-year-old John T. O’Rourke of Kansas City for alleged no seatbelt and on a Grundy warrant for alleged no seatbelt. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
At about 4:50 pm in Daviess County, Troopers arrested 36-year-old Jennifer V. Brookshire of Gallatrin for alleged driving with no valid license, and on Caldwell County warrants for alleged possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear on a charge of alleged passing bad checks. She was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
