A Carrollton man will be in court Monday for arraignment on Lafayette County drug charges.
28-year-old Johnnie Wayne Horton was stopped on May 30th for a broken brake light. He admitted to officers he had no driver’s license. A K9 unit searched Horton’s vehicle, finding suspected methamphetamine and prescription drugs, along with alleged paraphernalia. He was later charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance and two counts of alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. Arraignment is set for Monday.
