Livingston County Sheriff’s Report

The Livingston County Sheriff’s report for late September and early October includes several investigations and arrests.

Incident Reports:

September 21st, deputies responded to the 10000 block of LIV 233 for a house fire. The deputy was first on the scene and successfully deployed their in-car fire extinguisher and put out the stovetop before it could spread to other parts of the house.

September 25th, a deputy responded to the area of LIV 377 and LIV 326 for property damage to field fencing and a gate.

September 28th, a deputy responded to Hedrick Medical Center E.R. for an individual with a gunshot wound. Investigation revealed the wound resulted from an accidental discharge.

Arrests:

September 23rd, 42-year-old Jennifer Ealey of Cole Camp was arrested on alleged suspicion of driving while intoxicated in the 300 block of Business 36 Highway. The deputy discovered a wrecked side-by-side vehicle. Ealey was processed and released.

September 24th, a deputy served a Livingston County warrant on 19-year-old Brennan Pryor of Chillicothe, in the 1100 block of Clay Street in Chillicothe.  Pryor was taken to Caldwell County Detention Center.

September 25th, 19-year-old Nykaria Phillips of Chillicothe, was arrested at Washington Street near 1st Street in Chillicothe, on two warrants for alleged failures to appear on traffic charges from Linn County. She was also processed on new Livingston County charges for alleged driving without a valid license and failure to register a motor vehicle. Phillips posted bond on Linn County charges and was released on summons for Livingston County.

September 27th, 45-year-old Marissa Saucedo of Chillicothe, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked – first offense, near Calhoun Street and Jefferson Street in Chillicothe. Saucedo was processed and released.

September 28th, 61-year-old Russell Donoho of Utica, was arrested for alleged domestic assault in the 400 block of Broadway in Utica. Donoho was processed and taken to Caldwell County Detention Center.

September 28th, 25-year-old Anthony Pegelow of Chillicothe was arrested for alleged operating a vehicle without a valid license. Pegelow was also cited for traveling 79 MPH in a 45 MPH zone on U.S. 65 near Apache Drive in Chillicothe. Pegelow was processed and released.

.September 29th, 38-year-old Daniel Clevenger of Chillicothe was arrested for alleged domestic assault in the 9000 block of LIV 232. Clevenger was processed and transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

October 2nd, 42-year-old Loren Tripp of Chillicothe, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked/suspended and delivery of a controlled substance on US 36 near US 65. Tripp was taken to Caldwell County Detention Center.

October 6th, 23-year-old Kyle Dixon of St. Louis, was arrested for alleged 93 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near Medicine Creek. He posted bond and was released.
