Livingston County Sheriff’s Report

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reported on recent incidents handled by the Sheriff’s Office.  They include:

Incident Reports:

October 7th, LCSO executed a search warrant in the 300 block of St. Louis Street in Utica for several ongoing investigations.  They were assisted by Chillicothe Police Department and Missouri State Technical Assistance Team.

October 13th, LCSO responded to a location on Old Highway 190 for an unattended death investigation which showed the person died of natural causes.

Arrests:

October 7th, Trenton Merriman, 23, of Warsaw turned himself in to the LSCO on a Livingston County warrant for alleged delivery of a controlled substance.  He was unable to post $5,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

October 9th, Dylan Tolle, 21, Chillicothe, was arrested on suspicion of DWI near U.S. 36 near LIV 235.

October 10th, Timothy Hampton, 60, Chillicothe, was arrested at the courthouse on a Livingston County warrant for alleged DWI chronic offender.  Hampton was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center in lieu of $20,000 cash only bond.

October 10th, Barbee Faulconer-Laine, 49, Sedalia, was arrested on a Livingston County warrant for alleged stealing – fourth or subsequent offense.  She was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center in lieu of $20,000 cash only bond.

October 10th, Deandre Nichols, 29, Illinois, was arrested on a Livingston County warrant for alleged delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon.  Nichols was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center in lieu of $5,000 cash only bond.

October 13th, Philip Woodward, 34, Brookfield, was arrested for alleged traveling 100 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 247.  He was processed and released on summons after posting $250 cash bond.

October 15th, Brandon Behnk, 37, St. Charles, was arrested on a warrant for alleged peace disturbance – first offence and trespass 1st degree.  Behnk was processed and released on an OR bond.

October 15th, Jacob Wise, 31, Chillicothe, turned himself in on three active Lafayette County warrants on traffic offenses.  He posted the required bond and was released.

October 20th, Brandon May, 34, Kansas City, was arrested for traveling 96 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near the Grand River. He was processed and released with a court date after posting $250 cash bond.

October 20th, Gavin Vandenboom, 27, Illinois, was arrested for traveling 96 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 425.  He was processed and released with a court date after posting $250 cash bond.
