The Community Action Partnership of North Central Missouri is now accepting applications for the Winter LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program.) Annual applications may be sent to the office in Trenton. There is NO DEADLINE to apply for energy assistance.
Those applying must submit a new application every year, even if you have used the program before. The application must include the required supporting documentation every year, even if you have used the program in the past. Your application will not be approved until all the necessary paperwork has been received in their office.
Standard applications, which include the required supporting documentation, are processed within 30 days. Crisis applications are processed within 48 hours – again, provided our staff has the necessary documentation to approve your household’s application.
