Friday, November 1st
07:09 a.m., Officers responded to the intersection of Walnut St. and Springhill St. for a report of a disabled vehicle blocking the roadway. The vehicle was towed.
03:00 p.m., Officers met with a citizen regarding their juvenile child who keeps running away. The child was located and a report was taken.
09:02 p.m., Officers conducted a traffic stop on a man riding a bicycle. During the stop, a search of the man was conducted. Officers located a controlled substance. The man was arrested and later taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24 hour hold.
09:51 p.m., Officers observed suspects from a burglary near the intersection of 1st St. and Hickory St. A man and woman were arrested as a result. The male was later transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center. The female was cited and released.
Saturday, November 2nd
07:01 p.m., Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Mitchell Rd. and 3rd St. A man was arrested for a revoked driver’s license. He was later cited and released.
Sunday, November 3rd
11:04 a.m., Officers responded to the 300 block of Webster St. for a report of a stolen welder. Officers were able to assist in recovering the welder.
03:39 p.m., Officers responded to the intersection of Locust and Polk St. for a report of a woman shooting a crossbow in a yard. Officers arrived and advised the woman of the city ordinance.
05:27 p.m., Officers responded to the 400 block of 3rd St. for a report of a domestic assault. Upon arrival the male party fled the scene. Injuries were observed on the female party. Officers took a report.
07:20 p.m., Officers responded to the 1200 block of Smith St. for a report of a residential fire. Officers assisted the Chillicothe Fire Department.
07:25 p.m., Officers located the suspect from the earlier domestic in the 700 block of Washington St. Officers took the suspect into custody where he was later transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
