Judge Ryan Horsman was sworn in to serve on the 43rd Circuit in Division 1, this afternoon. The ceremony took place in the courtroom of the Livingston County Courthouse, with Western District Court of Appeals Judge Tom Chapman officiating.
Judge Horsman was appointed by Governor Mike Parson to fill the remainder of the term for the position Chapman left when appointed the Court of Appeals.
