Chillicothe Police Report For Friday

Chillicothe Police responded to 90 calls for service on Friday.  Some of the calls include:

At 02:05 pm Officers took a report of possible child abuse as the child had multiple bruises consistent with bruises sustained from physical abuse. Officers are working diligently with other agencies including Hedrick Medical Center and Children’s Division as the investigation is currently ongoing at this time.

At 04:02 pm Officers responded to the 200 block of Southwest Drive to pick up a 33-year-old male subject for a 96-hour evaluation. Officers made contact with the man who was later transported to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph Missouri.

At 04:44 pm Officers responded to the 1000 block of Graves Street for a woman who had left her baby in the vehicle. The woman was actively leaving the area when the call was made and had left the area. Officers were able to get statements and identify the vehicle. This investigation is currently ongoing pending charges.

At 09:40 pm Officers responded to the 600 block of Commercial Street for a woman stealing the Reporting Party’s vehicle.

Officers also conducted several traffic stops, business checks, vehicle checks, and followed up with numerous investigations.
