The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department’s report of activities includes numerous investigations and arrests.
October 21st, LCSO responded to the 400 block of 4th Street in Ludlow for a domestic disturbance.
October 24th, deputies responded to U.S. Highway 36 Westbound near U.S. Highway 65 for a report of a semi-truck driver exhibiting a handgun toward another motorist. Deputies located the suspect and arrested him without further incident. 28-year-old Kody Comstock of Kansas was processed for alleged unlawful use of a weapon and transported to Caldwell County Detention Center pending formal charges.
October 28th, LCSO responded to the 600 block of Market Street in Utica for a disturbance. Deputies arrived and it was determined there was an online sexual predator group confronting an individual on alleged involvement in child pornography. Continued investigation resulted in the arrest of 40-year-old Robert Burns of Utica, for alleged possession of child pornography. Burns was later transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.
Arrests:
October 25th, 35-year-old Emily Reyes-Policarpio of Chillicothe, turned herself in on an arrest warrant. She was unable to post the $10,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.
October 25th, 60-year-old Terry Breer of Chillicothe was arrested for alleged driving while intoxicated in the area of U.S. Business 36 and International Road. He was processed and released.
October 26th, 29-year-old Daryll Willis of Ohio was arrested for alleged violating an active protection order. He was transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center. He was also cited for traveling 85 MPH in a 65 MPH zone.
October 30th, 54-year-old David Lavalle of Maine, was arrested for traveling 100 MPH in a 65 MPH. He posted bond and was released.
October 31st, 28-year-old Christian Elston of Chillicothe, turned himself in on an arrest warrant. He posted bond and was released.
November 4th, 52-year-old Melissa Ross of Chillicothe was arrested in the 100 block of Virgina Avenue in Chillicothe, on a warrant for alleged two counts of tampering with a witness in a felony prosecution. Ross was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.
