Several investigations and a couple of arrest are in the Chillicothe Police Department report for Thursday.
At 8:40 am, harassment was reported in the 400 block of S. Washington Street. Officers spoke with both involved parties.
10:30 am, Officers took a report of stealing from the 1300 block of North Washington.
12:15 pm, Officers responded to the 1300 block of Monroe Street to speak with residents there allegedly using illegal narcotics. Those individuals were counseled, but no arrests were made at the time.
3:00 pm, Officers checked on someone acting suspicious at airport.
4:00 pm, a traffic stop in the 800 block of Business 36 resulted in the arrest of Shawn McBee for alleged failing to display a license plate and possession of marijuana. They also arrested John Ousley for alleged possession of marijuana. Both were cited and released.
4:30 pm, checked a complaint of illegal parking in the 1500 block of Bryan Street. The vehicles were moved.
