Two single-vehicle crashes Saturday in the area counties left drivers with minor injuries.
In Carroll County at about 10:40 am, Troopers report a 74-year-old woman was westbound on Carroll County road 230 at Missouri 139, when a deer ran into her path. The woman slowed and skidded on gravel, she went off the left side of the road and struck a tree, causing her vehicle to overturn. The woman was wearing a safety belt and was taken to Carroll County Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
In Livingston County at about 4:00 pm, Troopers report an 82-year-old man from Hale was westbound on LIV 311 at LIV 100. He was not able to make it through a curve and ran off the left side of the road. He was taken to Carroll County Memorial Hospital for Treatment. He was wearing a safety belt.
