Miles Franklin Bonderer, age 25, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri.
Miles was born the son of Chris and Janet (Mammen) Bonderer on November 23, 1999, in Kansas City, Missouri. He was a graduate of Verelle Peniston School in Chillicothe. He attended the Livingston County Development Center where his friends and staff will miss their “Sweet Miles.”
Miles enjoyed the many family events where he could be found in his wheelchair with his koosh ball and puffies within reach. He loved camping and going on side-by-side rides with his family and friends. You could often find him on the farm riding shotgun while checking cows or moving equipment. Miles camped at the State Fair every year attending concerts and watching the carnival lights with his parents. He enjoyed watching tv and loved the twinkling lights at Christmastime. Little did he know, but he was brighter than those lights, as he was the sunshine to his parents, family, caregivers and all who were blessed to know him.
Miles is survived by his parents, Chris and Janet of Chillicothe, Missouri; two sisters, Jeralee Wolf (David), and Kathleen Pina (Michael); one brother, Lane Bonderer; maternal grandmother, Sandra Mammen and paternal grandmother, Mary Bonderer; four nephews, Keenan Wolf, Clayton Wolf, Hudson Pina, Ethan Pina, and special caregiver Anna Howe. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Jerry Mammen, and paternal grandfather, Franklin Bonderer.
