The Missouri Advisory Council on Historic Preservation will consider nominations to the National Register of Historic Places during its quarterly meeting on January 10th at 10:00 am. The meeting will be held at the Lewis and Clark State Office Building in Jefferson City. The public can attend in person or by Webex or phone (info below).
Six nominations will be considered at the meeting, including one in the local area:
First Christian Church, 116 W. Gracia Ave., Marceline, Missouri, Linn County.
The Missouri Advisory Council on Historic Preservation meets quarterly to review Missouri property nominations to the National Register, the nation’s honor roll of historic properties. Approved nominations are forwarded to the Keeper of the National Register in Washington, D.C., for final approval.
