State Troopers report two arrests in Chariton County Monday afternoon. At about 3:40, Troopers arrested 27 year old Sonseea Stark of Brunswick and 20 year old Alex Love of Marshall for alleged possession of Oxycodone. They were both taken to the Chariton County Jail.
