The Trenton City Council meets Monday at 7 p.m. at City Hall, with the agenda including action on two proposals.
The first is an ordinance to approve a proposal between the city and Larry Bunker for leasing the “North Farm” farmland owned by the city.
The second bill calls for the submission of a proposition to city voters to authorize a sales tax for economic development purposes and establishing an economic development sales tax board and program.
The council will also discuss new business, including asphalt rock hauling bids, asphalt sand hauling bids, and approval of airport office ceiling replacement.
