The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report for early January includes numerous investigations and arrests.
January 2nd, deputies assisted the Missouri State Highway Patrol with an individual who fled from a traffic stop on foot. The suspect was taken into custody without further incident and was found to have additional and fully extraditable warrants from another state.
January 13th, deputies took a harassment report from a Dawn resident who was harassed through inappropriate voicemails. Formal charges are pending.
Arrests:
January 3rd, deputies arrested 40-year-old Brandon Flemming of Chillicothe, on a Livingston County bond revocation warrant for a charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance. Flemming was unable to post $20,000 cash bond and was taken to Caldwell County Detention Center.
January 8th, deputies arrested 31-year-old Jamee Gilgour of Breckenridge, on a Caldwell County warrant for a probation violation. Gilgour was transferred to the custody of Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office.
January 8th, deputies arrested 40-year-old Dustin Ritchie of Chillicothe, on a Livingston County charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance. Ritchie was processed and released with a court date.
January 9th, deputies arrested 57-year-old Joanna Harper of Chillicothe, on a Livingston County warrant. She was unable to post the $10,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.
January 10th, 31-year-old Dakota Souders of Chillicothe, was arrested on a warrant in the 700 block of Cowgill Street in Chillicothe. He posted $250 cash bond and was released.
January 11th, 24-year-old Ethan Weis of Bosworth, was arrested by Carroll County deputies and picked up by Livingston County Deputies for processing. Weis posted $150 cash bond and was released.
January 16th, 23-year-old Mikalle Lowry of Kansas, was arrested for 91 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 405. He posted $250 cash bond and was released.
