Members of the Chillicothe City Council will consider appointments and hear from community organizations as part of their meeting Monday. The City Council meets Monday at 5:30 pm at City Hall.
Following the financial report, the appearances include:
- Mayor Theresa Kelly will present her recommendation for two appointments to the Historic Preservation Commission Board.
- Joey McLiney with McLiney and Company with a presentation of the Certificates of Participation results for the new police station.
- Crystal Narr with Chillicothe Area Chamber of Commerce presenting their annual review and request for funds.
- Tommie Walker with Main Street Chillicothe with a presentation of their annual review and request for funds.
- Theresa Hendrix with the Grand River Area YMCA will have a presentation of the YMCA annual review and request for funds.
- Amy Supple with the Chillicothe Convention and Visitors Bureau will present the tourism annual report.
- Chillicothe Airport Director Toby Calivere will present an ordinance authorizing a cooperative agreement with the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service – Wildlife Services for a Wildlife Damage Management Project.
Following comments from the public and from the Council, a closed executive session is planned for personnel matters.
