A Chillicothe woman is charged with alleged assault and another case has been moved to Circuit Court.
The Livingston County Prosecuting Attorney filed charges of alleged assault – special victim. Thirty-eight-year-old Tiffany Madison is charged for the incident that is alleged to have occurred in October of 2024. The probable cause statement indicates a corrections officer was attempting to secure Madison in a cell at the Chillicothe Correction Center and was allegedly bitten.
A 25-year-old Stanwood, WA man, Riley A. Hodgin, is bound over to Circuit Court on Charges of alleged resisting or interfering with an arrest and alleged tampering with physical evidence. Wednesday in Associate Court, Hodgin waived his preliminary hearing and was bound over to circuit court. He will appear in Circuit court on March 6th, before Judge Ryan Horsman.
