Weekend Chillicothe Police Report

The Chillicothe Police Department’s calls for service for Friday through Sunday totaled 181.  Some of the calls include:

Friday

09:42 AM Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash in the area of Mitchell and US 36 HWY. The striking vehicle left the scene prior to the officer arrival. Investigation continues to identify the striking vehicle and driver.  No injuries were reported.

10:38 AM Officers responded to a disturbance at a business in the 600 block of BUS 36. A man was told to leave and not return.

12:04 PM Officers responded to the 800 block of Easton where a wanted suspect was refusing to exit a home.  Officers entered the home and arrested the man who was taken to Caldwell County Detention Center for a probation violation for an original offense of possession of a controlled substance and new charges of resisting arrest.

02:49 PM Officers arrested a person who turned themselves in on an outstanding traffic warrant. Bond was posted and they were released.

11:00 PM Officers arrested a suspect in the 400 block of Jackson Street who had a warrant for violating their probation from an original offense of domestic assault.  The suspect was taken to Caldwell County Detention Center.

Saturday,

10:17 AM Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Clay and Elm, resulting in the arrest of a man for driving while revoked. He was processed and released with citations.

10:52 PM Officers arrested a man in the area of International and Ryan Lane following a traffic stop. The driver was found to have no license and could not be properly identified. The person was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.

Sunday,

01:33 PM Officers processed an individual who turned themselves in on an outstanding traffic warrant. Bond was posted and a new court date was issued.
