April 8th Election – Chillicothe 3rd Ward – Morales

The April 8^th Municipal Election includes local races for Chillicothe 3^rd Ward Council, Livingston County Health Center Board of Trustees, and Chillicothe R-II School Board.  KCHI spoke with each of the candidates.  We start with the City Council Candidates.

Two candidates filed for election to the Chillicothe Third Ward City Council seat.  Manuel Morales is challenging incumbent Stacey Soper.  Morales talked about why he is running for the council seat.

Morales explained his goals if elected to serve the Third Ward.
