April 8th Election – Chillicothe 3rd Ward – Soper

The April 8^th Municipal Election includes the local race for Chillicothe 3^rd Ward Council.  KCHI spoke with each of the candidates.

Two candidates filed for election to the Chillicothe Third Ward City Council seat.  Incumbent Stacey Soper is challenged by Manuel Morales for that seat.  Soper talked about why she is running for the council seat.

Soper explained her goals if elected to serve the Third Ward.

She talked about herself as a candidate for the Third Ward Council seat.
