The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department incident and arrest report for early- to mid-March includes several items.
Incident Reports:
March 3rd. deputies began an investigation into puppies that were dumped in the 3000 block of LIV 503. Investigation showed that one or more individuals had abandoned the animals near a residence. Deputies were assisted by Chillicothe Animal Control and are seeking formal charges against suspects.
March 4th, deputies assisted the Children’s Division in an investigation into possible child abuse in Chula. The investigation showed the complaints were unsubstantiated, but a report was created to be kept on file.
March 8th, a deputy assisted Daviess County authorities with locating a person suspected of theft and hit and run near Jamesport. The Deputy conducted a traffic stop on the suspect on Highway 190 near LIV 233 and with the help of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, took him into custody without incident.
March 9th, a deputy took a report on a violation of an ex-parte order. The investigation showed the suspect followed and interacted with the victim’s social media account. Formal charges are being sought.
Arrests:
March 6th, 64-year-old Robert Sutton of Jamesport, was arrested at the courthouse on two Livingston County warrants. Sutton was unable to post the required bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.
March 8th, 20-year-old Alyssa Cosio of Michigan, was arrested for traveling 96 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on US 36 at Medicine Creek. He was processed and released after posting $250 cash bond.
March 11th, 49-year-old Patrick Oyler of Chillicothe, was arrested on a Linn County warrant in the 100 block of E. Jackson Street in Chillicothe. Oyler posted cash bond and was released.
March 13th, 35-year-old Aridel Labrada of Nebraska was arrested at the courthouse on a Livingston County warrant. Labrada posted bond and was released.
March 14th, 20-year-old Asher Yisrael of St. Louis was arrested for traveling 96 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on US 36 near LIV 403. He was processed and released.
