Election – Chillicothe R-II School Board – Robby Skipper

The April 8^th Municipal election includes six candidates running for two seats on the Chillicothe R-II School Board.  KCHI spoke with each of the candidates.  Today we hear from Robby Skipper.  Skipper explains why he wants to be on the board.
