Trenton’s Planning and Zoning Commission will handle a conditional use permit and take up two tabled items when they meet April 7th. The meeting starts at 6:00 pm at City Hall.
New Business includes:
A request is made to turn a home at 412 East Ninth Street into three multi-family apartments and an office space.
Tabled items from the March meeting include:
- A request for a conditional use permit to construct a 60-by-100-foot building designated as a gym and spa facility on the north side of the property at 1001 East Ninth Street.
- A request for a conditional use permit to establish a women’s halfway house and recovery home at 409 East Eighth Court. The proposed location is adjacent to an existing women’s recovery home at 403 East Eighth Court.
