At 10:54 am Officers spoke to the parents of a girl about behavioral concerns including verbal and physical aggression. Officers will be forwarding the information to the Juvenile Office to ensure the safety and well-being of the family.
At 03:46 pm Officers responded eastbound Hwy 36 and Hwy CC for an 18-wheeler that ran off the south side of the roadway. The truck was towed back to the roadway. No further action was taken.
At 08:45 pm Officers responded to Hedrick Medical Center, located at 2799 Washington Street, regarding the death of an adult male. Initial investigation indicates the deceased suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The incident appears to be isolated in nature, and there is no ongoing threat or danger to the public. The investigation continues.

At 10:49 pm Officers responded to the 500 block of Corporate Drive for an active burglar alarm. Officers found no signs of forced entry or damage. The key holder was contacted.

Officers responded three times to the 500 block of Corporate Drive for an active burglar alarm. Officers found no signs of forced entry or damage and the key holder was unable to be contacted and informed of the situation.
At 09:51 am Officers responded to the westbound lane of Hwy 36 west of Chillicothe for a stalled vehicle in the slow lane. Officers assisted with removing the vehicle from the roadway and assisted the driver with refueling her vehicle.
Officers also conducted numerous well-being checks, several traffic stops, business checks, vehicle checks, and followed up with numerous investigations.
