Nearly 100 calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department Tuesday. Some of the calls include:
At 7:55 a.m., Officers were out at the Grand River Technical School for a career fair. Officers got to speak with and interact with some younger students and answered questions about being a police officer.
At 9:16 a.m., Officers retrieved evidence for an ongoing investigation in the 2700 block of N. Washington St.
At 10:14 a.m., Officers took a report of stealing in the 1000 block of S. Washington St. The investigation is ongoing.
At 1:43 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a person in crisis in the 500 block of Mohawk Rd. Officers responded, made contact with the person. They were transported to a hospital for treatment and evaluation.
At 6:47 p.m., Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1100 block of Calhoun St.
At 8:34 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 10 block of Garr Field Ave.
Officers conducted traffic stops, made business checks, and handled animal control calls for dogs, raccoons, and rabbits.
