The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 93 calls for service on Thursday.
Early Thursday morning, officers were called to Business 36 and South Washington for a well-being check on an unconscious man in a vehicle. A field sobriety test was conducted with no signs of impairment.
Later, police assisted EMS with a medical call involving a 44-year-old woman on Jennifer Lane who was experiencing chest pain. She was taken to Hedrick Medical Center.
Police at the station also investigated a fraud complaint and initiated an investigation into a reported sexual offense involving a juvenile.
Several welfare checks were conducted, including one involving a man sleeping in an alley and another for a person reportedly asking for money outside a business.
Finally, officers issued multiple warnings during traffic stops throughout the night, mostly for equipment violations and one for driving while revoked.
