The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report for the first half of July includes several incidents, investigations, and arrests.
July 1st, a deputy responded to the 21000 block of Park Street in Avalon for a property damage report.
July 3rd, deputies completed an investigation of harassment occurring in the 800 block of Business Highway 36 in Chillicothe.
July 7th, a deputy completed an investigation of a vehicle fleeing from a traffic stop. Investigation identified the driver of the vehicle who admitted to being the driver and fleeing. Formal charges to be submitted for consideration.
July 8th, deputies responded to locations in Utica and Mooresville on reports of a deceased person.
Arrests reported include:
July 1st, 29-year-old Keimer Almao-Cordoba of Illinois, was arrested for 94 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on US 36 near LIV 261.
July 1st, 19-year-old Leda Lisby of Wheeling was arrested for traveling 91 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on US 36 near Route B.
July 9th, 38-year-old Ervin Mullet of Gilman City, turned himself in on a Livingston County warrant for alleged DWI and Driving While suspended or revoked.
