The Chillicothe Police Department handled 107 calls for service on Monday. Some of the calls include:
Among the incidents, officers conducted several well-being checks, including assisting a man found lying in the grass and following up on a possible missing person report.
Officers investigated a non-injury two-vehicle crash in the 200 block of North Washington and responded to a vehicle striking a dog on St. Paul Street.
Two arrests were made during traffic stops.
A 47-year-old was taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and was held pending formal charges.
A 40-year-old man was arrested for drug paraphernalia and released pending a court date.
Chillicothe Police also assisted with various citizen inquiries ranging from vehicle licensing to private property accidents.
