The Chillicothe Police Department reports a VERY quiet Christmas.
At about 7:30 am, Officers arrested Jonathan Peterie in the 1000 block of First St on two warrants. The arrests were on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Burglary and a State Probation and Parole violation warrant. The report states Peterie was allegedly found in possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. He was processed and transported to Daviess/DeKalb County Regional Jail on the warrants and could face additional charges.
