Chillicothe’s 4th Ward Councilman, Paul Howard has resigned his seat on the council due to health issues. City Administrator Darin Chappell made the announcement during Monday’s Council Meeting.
Third Ward Councilman Tom Douglas talked about Paul Howard.
The other council members joined Douglas in wishing Paul well.
Any 4th Ward residents interested in filling the position on the council until after the April Election should contact the City Clerk at 646-1877.
