Two New Police Officers Graduated Friday

Two new Chillicothe Police officers graduated from the Missouri Western Law Enforcement Academy on Friday.  Captain Grider, Captain Hays, and Chief Maples attended the graduation ceremonies that included Chekh Niasse and Lillian Fordyce.

They have gone through a long six-month academy building a foundation of police skills. During that time have also volunteered at the police department with several events, learning how the Chillicothe Police Department does business, and interacting with our community.

Both Niasse and Fordyce will join another police Officer, Bryce Sinclair on Monday for 40-hours of orientation and training week before they begin their field training process.
