Chillicothe Fire Fighters responded to an automated fire alarm at a bank on the northeast corner of Washington and Clay Streets Thursday at about 10:40 am. The arrived to find it was a false alarm that was the result of work taking place on the heating system. The fire crew returned to service after about six minutes.
