The appointments of two CMU representatives to the Missouri Electric Commission were handled by the Chillicothe Board of Public Works. The board approved the resolution which includes two changes. The first changed the name of the Commission from Missouri Joint Municipal Electric Utility Commission to Missouri Electric Commission.
The second revision was to the titles of the appointees to serve on the commission. General Manager Matt Hopper explains.
To now include the General Manager and Operations Manager.
The individuals serving in those positions and serving on the commission did not change.
