The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department has a new Most Wanted. Sheriff Steve Cox says they are looking for 47 year old Jon Alfred Ralston of Wheeling on a warrant for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Ralston is a white male, 5 foot 4 inches tall, 180 pounds, with a bald head and hazel eyes.
