Chillicothe Man Arrested After Road Rage Incident Released On Own Recognizance

A Chillicothe man accused of alleged Assault, Careless and Imprudent Driving, and Peace Disturbance, following a road rage incident on March 30th, was held without bond at the Caldwell County Detention Center.  Joshua Lee Plaster, an employee of the Department of Corrections, was arrested following an investigation by the police department.  He was arraigned on April 1st and bond was denied at that time.

His bond hearing was held Monday in Livingston County Associate Court.  The bond was amended to release on his own recognizance with conditions that include:

  • Must live with his grandmother
  • Not to possess any guns
  • Not to be anywhere guns are present
  • Under House arrest except for court, lawyer, mental health services, and supervision services

His next court appearance is April 23rd for setting and preliminary hearing.
