A visitor to the Chillicothe Correction Center was arrested Friday after allegedly attempting to bring illegal substances into the prison.
Chillicothe officers were called to the prison at about 2:10 pm for a visitor that was in possession of alleged illegal narcotics and attempting to deliver them to an inmate. Officers arrested Lee Edward Vonthun for alleged possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. He was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
