A Chillicothe man accused of alleged Assault, Careless and Imprudent Driving, and Peace Disturbance, following a road rage incident on March 30th, was in Livingston County Associate Court Wednesday for a Preliminary Hearing. At the request of 39-year-old Joshua Lee Plaster, the hearing was continued and was set for June 4th for Plea and Trial Setting.
