A Moberly man was arrested and booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Department.  Thirty-four-year-old Ricky D. Allen, Jr. is charged with alleged resisting or interfering with an arrest of a felon.  He is held with NO BOND allowed. He has an appearance before Judge Jason Kanoy on Thursday.
