The Livingston County Commission is considering joining a national lawsuit against Opioid manufacturers.  Presiding Commissioner Ed Douglas says misleading prescribing information has led doctors to improperly prescribing the opioids. Douglas says that can turn to addiction and that can cost tax payers money. Douglas says there is no upfront cost to joining the suit.
