A Chillicothe man was arrested by State Troopers in Grundy County early this morning.  Thirty-one year old Cody Minard of Chillicothe was arrested at about 12:25 am for alleged DWI, driving while suspended and careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash.  He was processed at the Grundy County Jail and released.
